My personal philosophy of customer service is: You must provide good customer service in order to attract customers and keep them.

What's the most important part of customer service to you? Truly listening to the customer's problem and understanding the customer's needs; speed comes next.

What, to you, makes banking at Farmers different than banking elsewhere? Loan decisions are made at the branch level. Managers are not transferred often. Many employees, including management, have been with Farmers for a number of years; which helps the customers and co-workers know each other.  That, in turn makes the day to day operations easier.
