My personal philosophy of customer service is: Good customer service is being able to determine what the customer's needs and desires are, and then being able to fill them. You have to earn their trust and confidence.

The most important part of customer service is? The initial greeting. First impressions go a long way.

What's the most important quality in a good employee? Someone who has a positive attitude and is dependable.

What, to you, makes banking at Farmers different than banking elsewhere? Being locally owned, Farmers is attentive enough to provide personal service and advanced enough to provide the products and services needed. Our office serves a small community with many long time customers. We have gone through several name changes and mergers over the years. We know our customers and they know they can count on us. We've earned their trust, and we feel we've always been a little unique being the "only bank in town."
